Welcome to the world of Label Naariti, where comfortable silhouettes and vibrant prints accompany the grace of traditional embroideries to create a line of elevated modern Indian wear perfect for any occasion. Catering to those looking for a fresh perspective on ethnic wear, we aim to provide abundant choices for women of all shapes, ages, sizes, and skin tones.
Naariti combines two Sanskrit words: Naari, which means female, and Riti, which means tradition. Put together, the name implies the female tradition. For us, the female tradition is one worthy of celebration. We honour every empowered feminine spirit as they promote their authentic identities and embrace their infinite potential in a world designed to challenge them. By creating a range of garments that reflect and respect their strength and grace, we hope to honour every feminine soul that chooses us to be part of their wardrobe.
Label Naariti is the newest venture of the Sahib Ditta Mal Surjit Singh group, a leading force in the Indian ethnic wear industry with a history spanning almost eight decades. In 1947, Bhai Sahib Dittamal Ji - a young man displaced by partition - found himself in Delhi with only a few remnants of his past life.
With the bit of money he could fit in his pockets as his family, and he escaped their ancestral home on the eve of partition, he bought a tiny store for wholesaling dress materials and fabrics amidst Delhi’s bustling Chandi Chowk market. Store number 4805 in Katra Subhash could only fit a few customers at a time, but that did not stop Bhai Sahib Dittamal Ji from achieving rapid success. In a short period, Bhai Sahib Dittamal Ji’s wholesale business - Sahib Textile Private Limited - became the most reputed wholesale avenue for women’s ethnic wear in the city. And as the reputation grew, so did the store.
Over decades, the company evolved with each family generation, leading to the B2B unstitched ethnic wear brand, Naariti. As a respected wholesale manufacturing label, Naariti excels in its graceful aesthetic and superior quality.
Building on our manufacturing history and fabric expertise, Label Naariti is our next step. We aim to use our infrastructure and distribution strengths to create a leading direct-to-consumer brand that combines traditional ethnic wear elements with modern ready-to-wear styles and prints.
Our factory, established over two decades ago in Kundli, Haryana, possesses diverse manufacturing capabilities that enable it to produce a wide range of fabric-based products. In particular, we have schiffli and multi-head embroidery machines, digital and sublimation printing machines, and a process house infrastructure that allows us to perform a wide range of pre-and post-production treatments that enhance the quality and properties of our fabrics. Combining these capabilities enables us to offer our customers a diverse range of textile products with intricate embroidery, vibrant prints, and soft finishes.
