Orders
- Ordinarily, once your order is placed, it quickly enters the processing stage. Therefore, it may not be possible to change or cancel your order. To make changes or cancellations, please call or email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will then assist you to the best of our ability.
- You can check the status of your order by contacting our customer care number +91 8527 875344, or you can email us at care@labelnaariti.com. Alternatively, if you have an account with us, you can check the status in the account section on our website.

- We accept Credit/Debit cards from all major banks. Additionally, you can make payments via UPI platforms or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).
Shipping
- If the order is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Domestic deliveries typically take 5-7 business days. We will provide regular updates on the status of your orders.
- We offer free shipping for all domestic orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, COD charges are extra based on actuals.
- If you are a logged-in user, you can track your order in the 'My Orders' section of your account. If you shopped as a guest, please contact us at +91 8527 875344or care@labelnaariti.com with your order number and the email address/phone number mentioned in the order details, and we will assist you.
- Within India, we ship through registered courier partners, Blue Dart, Shiprocket & Delhivery. Please provide a mobile number where you can be reached and ensure your complete shipping address, including the pin-code, is accurate. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with during delivery, please do not accept the package.
- If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact our customer care at +91 8527 875344 or email us at care@labelnaariti.com within 24 hours of placing the order. If you inform us late and the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to change the shipping address.
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We will update you once this service becomes available.
Return/Exchange and Refund
- To initiate returns or exchanges, please contact us via email at care@labelnaariti.com or call us at +91 8527 875344 within 72 hours of delivery. If the return is approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 1-2 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact. Please note that customized products are not eligible for returns.
- Products sold at discounted prices are eligible for exchange and returns. However, during a clearance sale with a disclaimer stating "no return or exchange," those particular products will be ineligible for exchange or return.
We follow the highest quality control standards and ensure that each product is made with the care and workmanship that our customers expect. As a policy, As per the order placed we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition. In addition, any item purchased on sale cannot be returned unless there is an embroidery defect/colour issue or any other major defect with the product.
In case there is an issue with fit/sizing or the product is damaged, the product can be exchanged - please email us details and images (if applicable) within 7 days of order receipt at care@labelnaariti.com. You will be asked to courier the product back to us at our mailing address. Please ensure that the product has not been used and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s). Only after careful review of the returned product by our quality team, will the decision to exchange the product be made and the requested size be delivered to you. Please note that the shipping of the exchanged products depends on the availability of the requested size. In case the size is not available, the money will be refunded back to you in the form of online credit.
