In case there is an issue with fit/sizing or the product is damaged, the product can be exchanged - please email us details and images (if applicable) within 7 days of order receipt at care@labelnaariti.com. You will be asked to courier the product back to us at our mailing address. Please ensure that the product has not been used and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s). Only after careful review of the returned product by our quality team, will the decision to exchange the product be made and the requested size be delivered to you. Please note that the shipping of the exchanged products depends on the availability of the requested size. In case the size is not available, the money will be refunded back to you in the form of online credit. - COD orders receive a gift card for the refunded amount valid for 6 months from issuance.
